Motion, Movement, Momentum, and the Moment(s)

I reached a moment where I needed to make an adjustment.  A small ripple that creates a massive wave of positive change and enduring prosperity.  A masterpiece can still be in development.  The Golden Gate Bridge was completed in May 1937.  However, the bridge is constantly being painted, and by the time it has been painted from north to south, the repainting must begin again.  All the while, the bridge is in motion, swaying back and forth, with endless traffic crossing it unaware of the sway, all trusting the anchored piers hold it in place.

I’ve always been a man in motion, and most haven’t seen it because I believe my motion doesn’t always need to be recorded, because not all  transformation requires an audience.  Yet it doesn’t mean none of it shouldn’t be shared (the initial realization that led me to make an adjustment).  It is true that people, ideas, and experiences change you, and that change often happens behind the scenes, allowing another developmental piece that sculpts the masterpiece that is us, while remaining in motion.  Life’s challenges swaying us back and forth, like the Golden Gate Bridge, yet grounded, understanding the importance of movement with intent, because an idea with intention is momentous.  Motion builds momentum in anticipation of that moment of success, which we all anticipate and strive to experience, yet I need to take a page out of my own book on how I travel.  In all 50 countries I have been to, I have always found a place where I take a moment, where all the plans, problems, and promises of the country disappear, and I enjoy the city, experience the country, and immerse myself in culture, taking the moment to see the great view from the “bridge” before continuing to cross it.  It is these micro moments that I need to cherish more in my journey of achievement, as they are what truly accelerate momentum.

My intent here is to share this with you because, along with where this page is going, it may help you now or in the near future.  I am not talking to everybody, as this isn’t for everyone, nor is it meant to be.  But for the chosen few, this will resonate and impact your life far beyond anything you expected.  So here is to the new start of this platform and the journey of change we will all go through.  The choice is yours. It always has been.
