2 minute read
You see her, start talking to her, and you two click. She laughs at your jokes and has a personality as bright as her smile. Yet, you’re not sure if she is single for some reason. There is something about her vibe that is throwing you off. For those who aren’t looking for something long-term and want something casual, this is probably not a question you care to ask. If you want something more serious, here are a few signs you can look for to see if she is in a relationship. Women in committed relationships are known to be unfaithful for various reasons, to be discussed in another post. Regardless, you need to know if she is in a relationship or not. You can ask her, and if she says no, and you still think she is, what I am sharing with our good indicators, yet does not guarantee that she is in a take.
Tan lines
The easiest way to see if she is married is by looking at her finger. Is there a tan line? It seems simple, but as they say, stick with the basics. You will see a tan line if a ring has been on longer than a watch. Keep in mind that some cultures do not often wear rings.
TXT or DM Only
If you two communicate with each other only via text or DM and she won’t pick up the phone or consistently hesitates to talk on the phone, it can be a sign she is in a relationship. Texting is the preferred way we communicate with each other today, no doubt. You can directly send a message to anyone you want, and when you receive a text, you can respond when it’s convenient. At the same time, you can send messages to someone discretely. We also all know about slipping into someone’s DM’s. People should be able to take a phone call every once in a while. Who wouldn’t want to hear the voice of someone they are interested in? If they don’t want to hear your voice, another may be in their ear.
She Lives Where?
If someone feels comfortable with you, they are more likely to invite you over. Watch a movie, help to fix something at their place, or even cook dinner together. If someone lives with her, you are not coming over anytime soon. Imagine you two watch a movie and accidentally leave something behind that can be discovered. This is too risky. Before we go down that rabbit hole, it is possible that she may be embarrassed about where she lives, the condition of her place, or doesn’t feel comfortable with you at the moment. That is understandable. Keep this in mind if it happens, and you think you haven’t done anything wrong, something might be up.
Where are your friends?
All that alone time is excellent. Also, know that her friends are essential. Understand that if you meet her friends, this is significant. Not to say you need to be paraded around like a prize and more so that she is comfortable being with you in most places she frequently goes and with people who are her friends. Yet if you don’t meet any of her friends or happen to run into one, and it’s awkward, something may be up.
